That’s one of the most common questions I get…it’s a good one! Because I don’t do set packages, what’s included depends on what your car actually needs. Generally, a standard valet covers a full interior clean, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning door panels and windows, plus an exterior wash. If your car needs more than that, we’ll chat about it before I quote you.
Nope – and that’s intentional! I find that bronze, silver and gold packages can be more confusing than helpful, and they don’t always match what your car actually needs. Instead, I assess each car individually and quote based on its size and condition. That way, you’re only paying for what’s needed, nothing more.
Machine polishing uses a specialist machine and polishing compounds to gently remove a very fine layer of clear coat, which eliminates surface scratches, swirl marks and dull patches. The result is paintwork that looks restored and really gleams,giving your car that mirror effect. It’s particularly brilliant on darker coloured cars where swirl marks show up the most 😊
Leather treatment cleans and conditions your leather seats and surfaces, keeping them soft, protected and looking their best. Over time, leather can dry out and crack if it’s not looked after – and once that happens, it’s much harder to fix. If your car has leather seats, it’s well worth doing. I’ll always let you know if I think it would make a difference 💎
Yes! It’s one of those things that often gets forgotten, but a clean engine bay makes such a difference – both for how it looks and for spotting any leaks or issues. I remove the built-up dirt and grime properly, so it looks great and stays in better condition.Â
It depends on the size and condition of your car, a standard valet takes 1hr45min – 2hrs, for cars that needs more attention e.g dog hairs, thick mud, add on services like machine polishing, exterior protection etc… lt can take 2hr30 – 5hrs. I’ll always give you a rough idea of timings when we chat.Â

I base pricing on your car’s condition, size, and what’s actually needed. So a small car that just needs a refresh will be priced differently to a large SUV that’s had a rough few months! Either way, you’re not paying for things your car doesn’t need.Â
